My professional brief -
As a coach and a management consultant in rural development with 25+ years of deep experience in Institutional Building, Organization Development and Change Management, I partner with NGOs, Corporate Leaders, Women Entrepreneurs and Philanthropists to help them create strategies, build systems & processes and nurture people and culture to build high-impact organizations. I hold three Masters Degrees: an MA in Globalization & Development from IDS, University of Sussex. An MBA in Marketing and an MA in English Literature. A Chevening Scholar and also a European Union Visitor Programme Fellow.

Since I value hands-on experience myself, the versatility is Sateek's core strength. I blend the range of my experience - in development issues, technical qualifications and sectoral expertise to bring out the best outcomes for the projects I undertake or the people I coach.
Humble
I am ever curious like a child to learn - new perspectives, to collaborate to problem solve and listen without judgement. I have friends as young as 4 year olds to people in their 90s. I embody humility and have the knack of meeting where you are. Co-creation is a virtue and a joyful experience of working together is an outcome I constantly seek.
It all began with the campaign #BornCapable in 2023, when we brought out the stories of courage and grit of ordinary people. The campaign highlighted the power of self belief which is central to my theory of change for Coaching - the resilience is innate to people; it just needs to be evoked, acknowledged and nurtured. Once the internal resources are brought to people's awareness, they become unstoppable.
The team of the Campaign #BornCapable continues to be the guiding light for Sateek. Hence, they deserve a mention here.
